How are the tables delivered?
We are partnered with the local representative of DELHIVERY & DTDC as our courier partner, as a result of which, we are eligible to deliver our products all over the world. Shipping charges of each product are calculated separately and are dependent on the dimensions of the product. In each case, shipping charges are paid by the client.
We always package responsibly, because we want the product to arrive without a single scratch. Therefore, you can be free of any worries regarding the safety of the product.
What is the best location for placing the product in our living spaces?
Wooden products with epoxy resin, like any other wood products, are recommended for indoor use only.
Avoid direct sunlight on epoxy products. Although short-term exposure doesn’t prove to be a threat, longtime exposure can lead to the fading of the saturated colors of the resin.
We recommend avoiding significant and sudden temperature changes (allowable temperature range + 16 ° C – + 27 ° C).
Is resin safe for food contact?
We use only food-safe resin, the safety of which is approved by European certifiers, which indicates that this epoxy resin is not toxic in the solid-state.
How to clean and care for the surface of the table?
To maintain the cleanliness of products with epoxy resin, as with any wooden tables, you just need to keep them clean 🙂
It is recommended to clean the tables with a damp nanofiber cloth or cotton cloth, and then wipe them dry so that there are no stains. You can also polish it with a soft rag. Ensure that you never use stiff brushes or abrasive sponges.
— Do not drop heavy objects, as it will result in a dent or chip on the wood or resin panel.
— Do not cut with a knife on the surface, as this causes deep scratches.
— Do not place or move products with sharp metal edges on the resin surface to avoid scratches.
Do you give a guarantee?
Although we cannot guarantee that the product will always be free of scratches and cuts, as wear and tear can occur even on metal, we assure you that the coating will be resistant to stains of wine, coffee, tea, and other liquids.
If I order a table, will it be the same as in the picture?
No product can be replicated in complete exactness, and only a close semblance can be achieved. After all, every wooden slab will have a different tone, texture and shape. In fact, this uniqueness of every product prepared at Raisinwoods is our USP. The attached photographs serve to offer you an accurate estimate of the final product you would be eventually receiving.
Is it possible to create the color of epoxy, as in the images?
It’s possible to get the same colour, although a certain deviation in colour is also a possibility because of factors such as the thickness of the tabletop and the amount of resin.
